How to Get Started Choosing a Rental

You may best navigate Newbury Associate’s website by following these helpful tips:
STEP 1: PICK A FLOORPLAN TO MATCH YOUR BUDGET. If you are shopping for a year-to-year rental, under the first section HOME PAGE, visit the PHOTOS on the HOME PAGE. Click on a photograph to bring you to the Apartment Profile Page.
STEP 2: CHOOSE A RENTAL & BOOK A TOUR. Once you have identified a rental of interest, call +1 617-595-7650 or email rentals@newburyassociates.com to book a showing. Apartments shown by appointment only.
STEP 3: APPLYING. From
there, after you have planned your budget, identified several layouts of rentals you find of interest, click through to
the "APPLY NOW!" TAB
found in red along the upper right section of the Home Page. Once
there, carefully read through the Leasing Information. There you will
find directions for applying as well as links to the Tenant Application
Instructions, Rental Applications and Residential Renter’s Insurance

STEP 4: SIGHT-UNSEEN RENTING. Scheduling a tour is practical if you are already
in the Boston-area and if the property is not currently-occupied. If
you will be among our many residents who will be renting "sight unseen"
and will not be able to visit Boston in advance of your move-in, we can
accommodate you. Our property managers and leasing specialists deal
with many different people from near and far, some of us speak multiple
languages to make communication better among you and us. Remember, you
cannot tour currently-occupied rentals. Work with the management office
to review availability for your time-frame and to tour comparable
rentals.
STEP 5: CONTACT US! If at any time during your Newbury Associates website experience you
